I was sooo good: softer than normal cheddar with a scrumptious hint of maple.
It is quite possibly the best cheese that I've ever tasted, and I say this not being a huge fan of maple. While I like maple syrup on pancakes and french toast, I don't prefer it in any other form: not ice cream, latte, donut, or whatever. So, I don't know what a rave review from me means, but it signifies something anyway.
She brought us a second package, which we opened for pre-dinner wine last night, and I remain mighty taken with it.
Cool, eh?
But not as cool as ↓↓↓↓
It sounds awesome, but sadly... I’m lactose intolerant.
ReplyDeleteUmmm, very interesting. I love cheese but would never have thought of this combination.
ReplyDeleteThat cheese sounds delicious. Your "shades" are adorable! I thought at first you would have reflection of the camera, then realized they were probably digitally added, not worn on your faces...am I right?
ReplyDeleteYes, Barbara. All or almost all of these selfies are digital tricks.
ReplyDeleteI too spent some time trying to figure out what those shades are reflecting, then gave up. I am a fan of cheese and maple syrup but never thought of putting them together. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a most interesting cheese I'd love to try.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to you guys' selfies. :)
I love cheese and like maple, but I can't imagine them together. Your review makes me want to try it! Last spring my older daughter and I were in Montreal--lots of maple stuff! I wish I'd bought some.
ReplyDeleteThis time you look like a bull dog.
ReplyDeleteOne of the best photos! The cheese sounds good!
ReplyDeleteWe like cheese and maple, so this cheese would be a hit here and we also like wine, so no problem.
