Colours, Coffee and Hullabaloo

Wild and Wonderful and Red

It was a double double double treat. Shauna dropped by with coffee with double cream and the weather was nice enough to sit outside.

In the evening our street had a second Hero Hullabaloo.

It's like Christmas today; after beginning with red I now focus on green. Here we have an image that amused me greatly. Granted, it doesn't take much. Read my caption below the photo.

How green is this lettuce?
The lettice is as green as ___.

This week, Ontario will begin to take its first tentative steps toward reopening the economy — very tentative. Fingers crossed.

“Had” was meant to be “hat”. What do you think the “AF” designation is actually meant to mean?

Yes to getting out and enjoying distances, and smiling neighbors without much rhythm. I hope for 8 dollars you got a lot of lettuce!

Lol. Enough said!

I like seeing how well you three are doing your social distancing while keeping your emotional distancing low. Love the pretty ladies you got to spend time with. :-)

Nice to see social distancing between the ladies. Don't know if that will ever end.

Good to see family! We've the girls next week.
Our nursery has been open for phone orders. Hubby offered to drive me, but it's too early to plant anyway!

I'm always looking for small funny things and can usually find them. I love distance coffee dates; there is something so relaxing about sitting with actual people(from a distance) and chatting while sipping on coffee. We're not ready to open up here in Washington, but a few things have, like trails, hunting and fishing. Hopefully our numbers will go down, and we'll see some more gradual relaxing.

And now you also have quite a good funny, John. They really are everywhere if one has a warped sense of humor (at times). Nice to see and hear the neighborhood rally once again. Also nice that Shauna was able to visit for awhile and is doing well.

My keyboard just went nuts. Zhat! Nice to see the daughter. Ours came out on Saturday to give her dad a survey of trail blockages and we got butter tarts for our treat.
Love my daughters. Yours are pretty special too.

Your Wild, Wonderful, and Red selfie is so cute. It's getting so I look forward to seeing what you two will dream up next. The distancing get-together in the yard looks so inviting.

Gracious! How many different kinds of selfies can you make? That’s amazing!
