Due to extended family members who suffer from cat allergies, we generally keep the bedroom door of the guest room closed. But one day, when I couldn't find Lacey, I had a premonition.
Not only was she in the guest room but happily ensconced behind the pillows. The pillows! Can you believe it? In a room designated for cat-allergic people?!!
But she did look darn cute.
Bad cat! But very smart....
ReplyDeleteSneaky cat!
ReplyDeletePretty amidst the florals-- maybe she needs a little redecorating of her own space.
ReplyDeleteI used to feel sorry for my son who had to take allergy meds in order to visit me...and my apartment was always covered in cat fur & dander. Now I've been without a cat for several years. Yours is a cunning and cute little rascal!
ReplyDeleteOf course.
ReplyDeleteI used to look after a younger cousin who had a dog allergy. We had a dog. I would vacuum, dust, wipe, banish the dog for the visit. You name it, I tried it. Invariably, my cousin would go and find the dog and sleep with him, arising in the morning red eyed and sniffling.
Conclusion. You can't win .
She looks perfectly happy and couldn't care less about others who have allergies … that's their problem !
ReplyDeleteIt's not the guest room. It's her room. Just like it's her house. And she deems you privileged to be her staff.
ReplyDeleteWas "Keep Out of the Guest Room, Please" posted. At her eye level. Well, there you have it. She is one lovely cat, by the way.
ReplyDeleteShe definitely looking quite content there.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great experience for kids of all ages. Mrs. T got to launch several of by her self as we happen to show up at the library as the last monarchs were being released and we happen to be the only people there last fall...:)
