Second Cup Perfection

I am sitting here, reading your posts and things, and really appreciating my second cuppa. It is better than first, not that the first was bad, you understand. Sometimes, I seem to hit the perfect proportions of water, coffee and cream. At least more perfecter than at other times, even though I try to do the same thing every time. It's Belgian Chocolate, by the way.

That's the post, folks. That's it for today. All of it.

Have a good day, y'all.

Coffee which tastes of Belgium Chocolate sounds very decadent. I have just switched to almond milk in mine, after drinking it in the espresso Americanos I had in FL (because my son threw away his coffee maker.) But this doesn't quite taste the same, so I'll be trying other things.

I am just so glad to be warm and dry in these cold conditions. And my triple Americano was sure good this morning!

I have Belgian chocolate toffee creamer that I use for my decaf drip. Perhaps another pot of coffee would taste better (or as good) as my one and only mocha.

Simplicity is a gift in itself. I am drinking hazelnut coffee because my hubby has gone to the store, and while the cat's away, this mouse is going to have a rare cup of her favorite brew.
Yours sounds pretty delicious too.

I am about to head out to finish the consults that are way overdue due to my Xmas absence. Lucky you!

Ah yes! The elixir from magical beans that kickstarts my morning! Strong, black French Roast for me.

I've switched to jamocha for breakfast. Really good.

Nothing like morning coffee!
Poor JB has to wait on Sundays, as he takes his calcium supplement for his osteoporosis, a painful day for him.

A short and sweet post if the Belgian coffee was any indication. My second cuppa is usually tea or hot chocolate as one cup of coffee is usually my limit; however there would be exceptions made for anything which contains chocolate.

Coffee's not my think but you're making me think I should brew up some tea or cocoa! It's mighty cold out there!

Well I'm glad you have a second cuppa and enjoy it so much. My first cuppa is exquisite -- especially the first half, when there's a good bit of frothed heavy cream on top and the coffee is super hot. The second half is good too but I feel that I must hurry lest the last few swallows be lukewarm. Sometimes I have a second cuppa later in the day but it is never as delightful an experience as that first one. Now, second breakfast? I enjoy EVERY bite of that! Hahahaha xoxo
