We remain housebound. It is not really an enforced incarceration but more of a common sense adaptation to the weather.
There was more snow last night: not an excessive amount but enough to get the plowguy out to to do the driveway. Then the neighbour informed Sue that, she had cleared our little walk and in front of the garage. Too bad it will have to be done again before too long. I still had to stick my nose out the door for long enough to take the garbage out, so I took my phone with me.

Living in townies, we don't have the views that some of my Ontario blogger friends enjoy. Even out back, the view is limited.

Brrr! It's a good time to stay in and stay warm!
Lost of white stuff. Rain in our forecast for later this week. Daughter who lives in Buffalo went to GA for holidays just before storm hit. They are now on the road home but did get the news that their street was plowed so they will be able to arrive home. Someone was to plow their driveway too.
Sorry news from that poor city though.
That's a LOT of snow! Glad it's being dealt with though and that you're warm and comfortable.

Still coming down quite thickly out here and we have not yet seen a Township plough. The YD was off, snow flying behind her, at shortly after 8 this morning. She made the turn okay and I have not heard that she got stuck anywhere.
Sigh.
@Mary. I must commend you for sticking with plough. I consider it, but the go American. While I might be tempted to plough, I can't see myself going as far as ploughed.
Good time to stay inside. It’s a good way to enjoy winter in my book.
Another winter of snow snow and more snow...but I do like seeing the big evergreen behind the fire hydrant. Poor lavendar bush, I hope she makes it.

That is an amazing amount of snow, until I think about Buffalo... stay inside and safe, AC!
Yikes! That's intense! All ours is gone. We only had 7 or 8 inches, much less than you -- but still, gone. And high 50s yesterday. It's cooling now. We'll see what happens this week!
