Picturesque Fire Hydrant, Not

I am sans computer today. Because I wasn’t pleased with my new monitor, I returned it and bought a new one. But it wasn’t in stock, so it will be delivered sometime. They said today, but I am dubious

So, I am experimenting by typing on my tablet. I have done this fairly often before, but I don’t think I have ever tried to add a photo from my iCloud photo roll to Blogger. We shall see if it works. If it does work, you will see a rather glorious big fir tree across the street lit up and snow covered.

Well, yes and no. Although I can plop a photo from my iPad to approximately sixteen-thousand places, Blogger does not seem to be one of them. So, I copied and pasted. But I did it, and what a great tree, especially the fire hydrant inclusion. Again, if I had access to my computer, I would be tempted to photoshop the hydrant into oblivion.

I have a Samsung tablet, but am incapable of posting my blog on it. Kudos to you for achieving this miracle.

I couldn't do that on a tablet for sure. The tree looks fabulous.

He looks like a little solder guarding that tree! Your tree looks very nice!

I routinely post from my Fire tablet to blogger. But Apple and Google are not friends.

That's a beautiful blue-lit tree, ready to have snow dumped up against it to cover the fire plug.
I am currently sending my iPhone photos as emails to myself, and there downloading them into the laptop with blogger. Poor ole iCloud is unreachable by this machine, but I do appreciate the keyboard, rather than a silly virtual tiny one.

That is a great tree! Good job on the photo!

I move from the desktop to the iPad and back again, but prefer to type on the big keyboard, for obvious reasons. For a small fee, I could eradicate the hydrant for you. A very small fee.
Gosh, that snow was beautiful. Too bad it did not arrive to decorate Chrismas; from the look of the forecast, there will be no snow left by the 24th.
Our paper has an hilarious cartoon in which Santa trades in the reindeer for battery operated robots.
Love it.

That is a gorgeous tree! You're very brave. If I don't have my laptop, I can't blog. I've possibly done one or two posts from my cell phone but it's laborious and frustrating.

Very festive. The odd time I have uploaded photos directly from my phone.

That IS a mighty tree and it looks great with the snow on it. But please keep the snow up there. 😁

That is a beautiful tree. No comment on the hydrant. Good luck with your new monitor and hope it comes soon!

Definitely blast the hydrant. What a thoughtless place to install it.

When my computer is down , I learn a few things about my Ipad.

That firehydrant looks like a little soldier standing guard over your beautiful tree!

I never even noticed the hydrant, that tree is so stunning.
I have been blogging on my phone almost always since summer. It is not as good as the laptop, but so much easier since my laptop is slomo these days. Once it gets going it's fine. But like me, it is stuff and crotchety when it first gets moving

You are a master at the work around. When I don't have a computer (working) I just give up and save my brilliance for another day.

Good job! That is a doozy of a tree. Ugh I hate computer problems and I hate waiting! But it will be worth all of the hassle when your new monitor arrives. xoxo

That tree is, indeed, impressive.
