What with my somewhat infirm, post-op condition, we didn't plan much for our milestone 50th anniversary. It was actually Shauna who stepped in to make it more special.
We woke up on Friday morning to a commemorative festooning of the front yard.
The view form the front door: pinwheels here and there.
You are good parents to deserve that treatment!
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary!
Hope the healing continues.
Lovely outdoor decorations, tasteful! I love whirligigs, and pinwheels. It's nice that you all told the neighbors your important date!
ReplyDeleteWhat a thoughtful gesture. Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteFun! And lovely!
ReplyDeleteSuch fun! It all looks like a great celebration!
ReplyDeleteVery thoughtful!
ReplyDeleteDid she sneak up and do it in the middle of the night? How exciting! A pinwheel bombing!
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary to you and Sue! Hope the healing is getting along as should.
ReplyDeleteHappy 50th Anniversary to you both and certainly now the neighborhood knows as well!
ReplyDeleteYou really are the most thoughtful, creative family. We have 4 more years before we can hit that milestone.
