I like the inclusion of the architecture of the stairwell in the image.
In regards to your stomach/sleeping challenge.... two thoughts..... a) if you have been consuming additional fluids, it may be that they have begun to help. It often takes a few days of consistent additional fluids before an effect is noted. But, b) potentially since you slept more upright in a lounging chair, it may be an indication that the stomach discomfort might be a result of acid reflux (or GERD if a bit more pronounced). If your clinician is not already aware, it may be helpful to let him/her know of this “good rest” evening you had and describe what you did that was atypical.
