What with Dad on paternity leave this week, we're making ourselves a little more scarce now that Zach is getting settled. And, he does seem to be settling fairly well although, like most babies, I suppose, he does have tummy issues from time to time. So, we were only over there for a few hours after lunch, mainly for Grandma to put Nikki Dee down for her afternoon nap as she seems to be the only mortal on the planet who can accomplish this task. We are also beginning to wonder who will sleep through the night first — Nikki Dee or Zachary lol — for even as she nears the age of two Nikki Dee still often wakes up for an hour or so in the middle of the night. Meanwhile, while she slept this afternoon, Zach was awake a lot and for the most part pretty tranquil.
Zach has a very 'mod' hairstyle there!

ReplyDeleteAnd not to scare you or anything, but my 5-year-old and my 3-year-old still don't sleep all night.

I love that first picture---he looks at least a week older than a 6 day-old
ReplyDeleteAC,
ReplyDeleteEvery child is different. I was lucky with Michelle, she slept through the night from the time she was about 3 months old. I considered myself very lucky.
Love your grandkids.
Blessings,
Mary
