In the Woods of Kintail

Yesterday, I showed pictures of Sue tromping through the woods and on the autumnal carpet. Today, I present sue-less photos from the same walk — so sue me. I don't think there's much more to say about them, other than "Enjoy."

Well, since you commented that my "blog is not only going to the dogs but is on a treadmill to oblivion", I guess you weren't expecting me to show up ...
But, here I am !
Love the pictures, AC.

And I did enjoy. Gorgeous. Both the Sue-full and the Sue-less posts!

"The AC is On" has been included in the Sites To See for this week. I hope this helps to point many new visitors in your direction.

Fall is my favorite time of the year, no question. We have enjoyed traveling from southern Ohio to western New York and then south through Pennsylvania as the color was near peak. Here in North Carolina the trees are either brown from drought conditions or still green and once we hit the beach area of South Carolina we'll be among pine and palm trees so there will be little chance of enjoying such gorgeous colors. My favorite of the bunch on this post? The colorful creek with the purplish rocks.

Sadly, the colors we are now seeing in the VA Blue Ridge are not at all comparable. trees are mostly still bearing green leaves with only flashes of yellows and reds and golden brown. Enjoyed the walk and hope that Sue's injury is not too serious, but you are flowing well taking her place for family updates and sharing.
