Our Saturday shoot involved an umbrella. We went to the park and came away with two photos.
When we were finally done, Sue asked if I would like to walk in the park. I replied that I would but that I needed coffee after all of that setting up and shooting. We drove to Tims and back with the coffee, and then we walked our little walk. Afterward, we sat on a bench, and I gathered a few candids of passersby.
The boy in the first photo is carrying a fishing rod, and so is the lady in the second photo. They were on their way to the dock or near to it which was not very far off to the right of the photos. I think the framing, composition and posture is best in the middle photo.

You both are looking well.
ReplyDeleteThose are amazing! You must have carried in a tripod for the double selfie. Love the brilliant colors and the umbrella. I would love one like that!
ReplyDeletePerfect. I have never done very well with selfies or portraits, I could learn a lot from you.
Best umbrella ever! Love those two photos you shared at the top -- a great looking couple!
ReplyDeleteI love your photos. They are so fun and cheery.
ReplyDeleteI like that middle shot best too.
ReplyDeleteInteresting umbrella shots...and as always I love Sue's outfit! You're ok too! The folks going by all look seriously intent on where they're going. But it wouldn't look right to have them turn and look right at the camera, now would it!
ReplyDeleteThat is one GREAT umbrella! I wonder if any fish were caught?
ReplyDeleteWonderful umbrella and some fine shots!
ReplyDeleteHopefully he caught some fish.
ReplyDeleteThese are fabulous photos especially the first two. You both look so good. Have a nice day.
ReplyDeleteI really like the first picture. Very colorful.
ReplyDeleteThat first photo is everything...and would make for some terrific Christmas gifts, iyam.
ReplyDeleteYou got some great photos. I like the candids.
ReplyDeleteLove the clever way touch on umbrella theme
ReplyDeleteI love Sue's wrap/shawl, it's so pretty and looks soft and comfy. I never worry about composition, just point and shoot and hope for the best, but your photos are all great.
