Her picture should be on our money! Everyone would be smiling. Are you going to the big party?? One of my co workers left yesterday at the end of the day to go to Ottawa for the celebrations...5 hours each way. And she is working tomorrow. Canada is worth celebrating.
You darned Grandpas! I was all set to spend a soft and calm day with my children and they're grandpa went and invited them to a day of parade and games and all the candy one grandpa can cram into one day. Now I'm left to pick up the pieces of my afternoon 'cause of course, I can't deny a grandfather his grandkids. They'll love it. I'll be lonely. Why is it that the grass is ALWAYS greener. I'd kill for free time usually. But com'on. It's a holiday! Happy Canada Day!
Happy Canada Day, and what kgmom said. Our big day is Friday. I think we'll be cooking out, then we'll go see fireworks downtown. The city hires a professional display every year in a futile attempt to keep the local idiots from setting off their own.
