Danica performed in her third annual dance recital this past weekend.
First she was a highland stepping clown.
Then, she was a a jazzy tappy lollipop.
I don't know why they didn't have the younger, shorter folk in the front row for the finale.
I've missed some of your posts due to bad reception where I am (and a silly neighbour who keeps his internet turned off so I can't use it), but I managed to read a few now.
ReplyDeleteThose costumes are the best. They look so cute in them and your granddaughter especially.
I've often said the only thing children need for a good day out is plenty of water and things to climb on: preferably natural things. And of course holes in the ground that you can explore!
Grandson Callum (5) was in an acro-dance recital last week but we weren't allowed to take pictures. I suppose they want all the parents to buy the video. Lovely pictures, she's quite the high steppin' lady. Watch out Dancing with the Stars!
ReplyDeleteWonderful costumes!! She is Always a gorgeous subject for photos...

This young lady certainly is a dancing charmer and such a shy child...NOT. Looks like a very entertaining and colorful evening.
ReplyDeleteAnd yet your camera loves her all the same. Wonderful pix.
ReplyDeleteHi John: I'm in NY City as I write this. Please tell Danica that I saw the ballet "Romeo and Juliet" at the Lincoln Center last night. I hope I live long enough to see her make her debut there in the future!!! What an adorable dancer she is.
ReplyDeleteAlso, thanks so much for the comment at UNlimiters.
(I just realized that when I post this comment it will come up under my niece Wendy's google acct. but it's still from me, Ginnie.
Too cute. Are there no boy dancers?
