Easter Crocuses

Every year, I make it a point to take some photos of Thesha's crocuses. This year, they are glorious just in time for Easter. We have some on the way in our garden, but they're still cooking because our flower bed doesn't get as much sunlight. These little guys and/or gals are the harbingers of spring for me, and I'm chuffed that they're at their peak for Easter this year. May your Easter be joyous and bright.

Love these little messengers of spring. I had o.n.e. pop up, then the next day it froze.
Trying to figure out if they are trying to spell something in the first photo...maybe not.
AnodeMan brought home a hyacinth yesterday because none of mine have bloomed yet.

  7. Hi Everybody: I've had one or two open up in my garden today, but it's not like this display, which is really great.

  9. I too thought that the flowers in the first photo might be spelling something.
I tried to take some nice shots of purple and yellow crocuses this weekend but couldn't pull it off. These, on the other hand, are gorgeous!

  10. AC, Lovely crocus. Ours are out here as well. It will soon be time for Green Thumb Sunday again, or at least photos of our beautiful gardens.

I've decided to leave my blog as it is for the time being and see what happens. I don't really want to go private. I have too many friends.

Hope you and your family had a great Easter. Ours was terrific.

    Blessings,
    Mary

  11. Very cheerful! I had one in my garden (a leftover from my neighbour's garden), so not too much colour here...
