A Little Respect

I was working my way through some old photos when I came to these from last October. That's me paying homage to King Rocky. Given his dimensions, wouldn't you tend to show a little respect?

Okay, okay, so I was fooling around with Photoshop. Any preferences as to the photo above or the one below? The original is at the very bottom for interest sake. I really did take that pose in a moment of levity and made the variations in another such moment.

Cuppa thinks me strange by times, but I really appreciate my own warped sense of humour sometimes. If not me, then who, eh?

I am all for odd senses of humor!

And I love yours, AC! Although having to actually live with it might be another thing altogether. ;)

That is one thing that makes me so appreciative of Hubba-hubba, our sense of humor is pretty similar.

I think he needs some of that modified food for older cats... hasn't the vet mentioned anything out of the ordinary about his bloodwork?

Great post, and Photoshopping.
Love the cat.

And I noted on your profile, you listed Great Big Sea. Love them.

I love what you can do in photoshop! I don't have it but my parents do and it is fun to play around with. I love cats and I think yours is very pretty! :)

Oh, my gawd, I love it! And the second shot makes it even better! Had to grab my husband and show him, and he loved it just as much. Fabulous brainstorm, and fabulous work!

Actually, sometimes that's how I feel with my cat, and have felt with our others throughout the years. I have this thing about wanting to respect them and their wishes. Covers my guilt-complex for when I feel I'm not devoting enough time to them. Thanks for the laugh--I needed that!

I'm sure my alpha cat (otherwise known as HRH) thinks she's that big.

Neat kitty.

Maybe someday I will learn to just put photos on my blog - doubtful, old dog, new tricks. But it is good to be able to comment on your blog - we are back home and I'm on my own computer. ec

It's easy to be normal but it takes effort to be a little off most of the time. Congrats and I like the first more than the rest.

Oh how FUNNY!

I think every cat owner can see their cat/human relationship in those pictures!
