Excellent Photos

You know that I like posting photos. I have neither the creative eye of some nor the technical expertise of others, but I enjoy it regardless. I have mentioned Doris previously and also posted a little memoriam for her mother, Mabel, when she passed away in January. Doris is a superior photographer and could probably have been a pro; she has just sent me two photos of Cedar Waxwings, taken ysterday at the Botanical Gardens in Montreal, and I can't resist posting them for you right away.

I dunno... I'd rank you up there with both technical whizs AND photo-guys... what you did with your cat... well... enough said!

You do, as well, have an eye for beauty.

Beautiful birds! We have had an increase in activity with the birds in this area. And also with the frogs around the ponds out back - they have been loudly serenading us for several nights now. My blueberry bushes are starting to bloom - spring is near! Wow! ec

Lovely photos... but I think you sell yourself short. It was your posting of your own photos that reignite the shutterbug spark in me.

I'm always appreciative of a good photo, like these. It's a matter of sharing, 'whether its home-made or store-bought'. And birds are always a favorite.

Nice - I don't think we have those around here.

Great shots! Wow, very nicely done. Thumbs up for Doris!
Oh, and by the way, your photos are quite good too AC! A creative eye and technical expertise is something you'll learn by practising. Just keep on taking pictures, look at other peoples pictures and read about photography. You will get better and better, I'm sure. It happened to me too.
Happy shootin'!
