When the afternoon of celtic music proved to be a non-event, we drove back to town, stopped at Tim's, and took coffee to the park. All was not lost, for lo and behold, there were Thesha, Theboy and Smudge.
I'm creeping up on the big 4-0, and I hope MY favourite burger joint will remain open. Chances are, because I don't know of any long weekends at the end of January!
It's great that your family was so 'open' to celebrating with you!
Congratulations... there's a birthday bowl coming your way, by the way. ;)
Hey - Happy Birthday!

From the photos, I'd say you had a good birthday. I'll guess that Celtic music would have been enjoyable but not better.
ReplyDeleteBeing at the park with family can be so much fun!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday--belated, sorry.

Oh my . . . the angle of the Sun on those happy people. What a lovely day and lovely pictures.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, especially the one of Smudge doing the toe in the mouth trick. :) ec
