JJ at the Park

We had JJ for a sleepover on the weekend and took him to the park next afternoon. The boy certainly knows how to play and have fun.

There is a little hill near the park entrance or at least near the entrance that we use most often. He took his $ store weapon up there  and wielded it well.

He ran down the hill.

And rolled down the hill.

He threw many sticks into the river.

And he climbed many trees, or at least a few trees many times.

Sue watched and agonized over the job that the wind was doing on her hair. Notice the streak. She did that for her 68th birthday.

Looks like lots of fun for Gramps! So much energy, and such a cutie.

That's a very photogenic tree, with all the rough bark! It's quite a while since I climbed a tree. Great pix of your boy having fun!

My grandson, a little older, is really into climbing trees and I watch heart in my throat.

He's just a dollbaby!
I think Sue's streak is just posh! Good for her..
And you? No streaks or tree climbing?
Get busy!Hahaa

Oh, AC--he's no longer a little boy. And I can see what a handsome man he will become. What a joy--to have been reading your blog since before your first grandchild was born--wow. How time does pass.
Good grief--if Sue acquired a blue streak (or is it purple?) for her 68th, help us when her 70th rolls around.

He certainly seems to be a lot bigger every time I see photos of him.
Love the streak in your wife's hair.

Once again I agree with Mara.
