Outtakes

Some outtakes from last weekend with company.

JJ looks down on the tea party from the upper floor of the museum.

Danica and Frances took their dragons down to the stream study area.
I have many photos of JJ in windows, but I'll stop with this one.

Danica emerging from the sliding tube.
The ladies relaxing while the children played. Andrea got the baby bear chair.

Danica can't help being Danica.
Once used to remove stuff from the woods.

Barrel on a sled with lots of syrup buckets hanging about.
JJ obliging the camera

A poster to make you sappy.

  3. That museum is so interesting, especially since I have no prior knowledge of the sapping. And again, your grandkids are adorable.

  4. Danica appears to have tons of energy and spirit. All of these kids look delightful to have around. You took them to a great place where they could both learn and have fun.

  5. You have so much fun with your family and your camera. I'm enjoying your wanderings through the mill, the tea party, and the museum. Fascinating stuff from a talented photographer.

Friendship. Yes, the poem does say it all well. For some reason, most of my friends arrive, stay, and leave only if they die. I've found that I need to keep making new friends. Thanks again for the notes.

  8. Everyone looks like you all had a super time. There's a conservation area near me called Bruce's Mill.... they have a maple syrup operation and I've been there a few times for pancakes.... but only in the spring.
