A Very Cumbersome Pointing Device

Just be glad that you have a mouse for your computer-pointing device. I have a cat, and, cats being what they be, he can be durn hard to manipulate at times. And if I don't hold him in exactly the right way, he either bites or scratches my hand.

Okay okay I admit to just having flung a little bull your way about the cat (get it, bull about the cat being a mouse?), but he really has taken to spending a lot of computer time with me. When Cuppa comes into the room, she finds it so amusingly cute the way that he raises his head to look at her: "What are you doing here in the men's den lady?"

You can see the look in the photo below, and you can also see that I really don't have a lot of space for this new-fangled pointing device.

At a first glance (before reading the post), I actually thought this was a doctored pic with a cat coming out of your printer.

If your kitty is anything sinister like mine, keep a close watch on your keyboard. My cat used his claws to dig under my notebook keyboard and popped some of the keys right off.

The cat is also looking at the camera in a very maleficent manner, almost like an attack is imminent. :) ec

No sense of humor.

Cats have no sense of humor whatsoever...which is what makes them even funnier.

"Maleficent" is just the right word for that feline gaze.

That's definitely the look. Even our newest waif has it.

I've got two cats that do the same thing, even walking in front of my monitor. I'd shoo them away, but, they'd step on my keyboard, and my post would read "@%/ooo///zzz//=^^verp..?

I had to look twice at the photo to see what all the fuss was about!
Amazing. Cats are really characters, aren't they!

Pets make us laugh and laughter lightens the days.

Thanks for sharing.

So long as it isn't leaving dead mice on your keyboard, you'll be jsut fine.
