Or I tend to have strange knack for remembering my surroundings and the people in those surroundings, what they were wearing etc... yet I couldn’t tell you what I watched on TV last night. Perhaps I missed my calling working for CSIS.karlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05483505184799130550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998770.post-1142434913898883182006-03-15T10:01:00.000-05:002006-03-15T10:01:00.000-05:00Oh, to be a human calendar... now, when was my bir...Oh, to be a human calendar... now, when was my birthday???Turtle Guyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11867461015503674899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998770.post-1142425367825926692006-03-15T07:22:00.000-05:002006-03-15T07:22:00.000-05:00It's so interesting how different people have diff...It's so interesting how different people have different sorts of memory. My Mom can remember and recite poetry from her high school days. My memory needs prompting to remember things, like a co-worker was telling me about a good movie and it sounded sort of familiar. Turns out I've seen the movie but it took some clues to remind me! Sort of like a search engine to access data, I guess!PBShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01672893473413051922noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998770.post-1142400263461246892006-03-15T00:24:00.000-05:002006-03-15T00:24:00.000-05:00I find my memory is becoming more and more selecti...I find my memory is becoming more and more selective. This nearly brings me to the conclusion that my forgetter works better than my rememberer. The exception to that is that I remember the things that I try to forget - a quandry indeed. ecmreddiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06866616193923580617noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6998770.post-1142374307982740782006-03-14T17:11:00.000-05:002006-03-14T17:11:00.000-05:00Just checking for the first time in a while. I wish I could remember what I read in books - with all that careful investment of time and energy, what a disappointment not to retain all of it.
