One Week Old

Happy Birthday Zachary!

Yes, the boy is one week old today. In honour of the event, I took the DLSR over; not that anyone will notice any difference in photo quality, especially in small blog shots, but one must make an effort to rise to the occasion if one possibly can. I do promise not inflict you with updates, every day for the rest of the poor child's life, but I'm sure there will still be plenty of photos in the upcoming days and years.

He's doing well; he seems to be a little easier than Nikki Dee was at this stage, but it's early days yet.

I think you caught the full range of emotions for a one week old!
He is just precious.
Again, congrats--it will be great fun to see the pics as he and Nikki Dee begin to interact.

AC,

Beautiful photos and I never tire of seeing them. Post as many of Zach and ND as you wish. They are delightful.

Wonderful, wonderful photos. What a beautiful baby boy you have there! Already the time is just zipping right by. It seems to go even faster with grandchildren. My two are going on three months (too fast, too fast). I just can't seem to get enough baby time. :-)

Enjoy!

Lovely photos. What did you do to Zack to get the "ugly face"?

My older sister just let me know; finally!!!! one of her four children is going to produce her a grandchild. She has shared mine over the years. I imagine she will be taking a plethora of pictures also.

Might be my imagination but the clarity of the shots is bang on, more depth, you know? Great shots.

Those are wonderful - my favorite is the one with the sunlight on his face.
